Keep an eye on your email inbox over the next day or two for the VOSTRO Application Form. Click the "Get started" button in that email to open your form. Our team will have already pre-filled some of your information into your form for you.
NOTE: To complete the application form, you will need your ID (e.g. drivers' licence) and proof of the bank account you want funds settled into (e.g. a copy of your organisation's bank statement).
It can take another couple of days for your merchant application to be approved. You will receive email confirmation, then you can start accepting payments via credit card & debit card. Here are detailed instructions on how to add products and pricing to your online forms from Sporty.
Yes. Simply tick the box and the system will automatically increase your pricing to include the transaction fee. You can set this as a default setting that will apply for each new form and also set it on a form-by-form basis if you wish different forms to behave differently.
Each transaction is automatically recorded for you in your online database associated with your web form. You can see the payment balance for each person at a glance in your database overview screen (through the Online Registrations tile on your Sporty dashboard).
There is also a Payment Transactions Report available at the top of the page in the Online Registrations area. This lets you set a date range and run a report of all transactions for that period.
You can also see payment history in the Financial tab on each person's Profile in SuperCRM.
Lastly, you can also login to the VOSTRO Dashboard to see all transactions there too.
Yes. See this support article for Xero or this for MYOB. Once connected to Xero or MYOB, you can set it to raise invoices for you automatically and even mark them as "Paid" in Xero/MYOB once payment has been successful.

Sporty charges a single service fee of 2.55% of the transaction value. This flat-rate fee covers the cost of the Visa and MasterCard payment processing as well as the payments integration provided by Sporty for your organisation.
The only other fee to be aware of is a fee that can be incurred if a person contacts their bank or card issuer and claims that you have deducted funds from their card without authority. This is called a chargeback fee and costs $25 for the payment provider to open a case and investigate the claim. If this happens you will be asked to supply evidence that the transaction was legitimate (e.g. a copy of the person's completed registration form).
